**5 stars** — Old Carolina BBQ Great experience all around! The service was friendly and fast — always appreciate a quick, welcoming crew. The pulled pork bowl with green beans was delicious, and the BBQ itself is the real deal — authentic Carolina-style with that classic vinegar sauce. Will definitely be back!

This food was phenomenal. Me and my dad and brother came into Canton today for 3 night vacation and the food was outstanding. We got a brisket sandwich, 1 rack of ribs, and a Nashville Chicken Tenders. Quick service and the food was great. There was a great smoky flavor and the food was juicy and tender. Their sweet tea and Cheerwine on tap were great too. Highly recommend and was worth 20 minute drive from our hotel.

Old Carolina BBQ in Alliance is a 10/10! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, and the pulled pork was packed with flavor. The mac & cheese and fries were just as good as the meats. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best BBQ spots in the area — we’ll be back!

I would normally give them a 5 star review! I love their food, have had it many times!! However, this past time I went there, I ordered the pulled pork, garlic mash potatoes, and coleslaw, also comes with a biscuit. Everything was good love the garlic mash potatoes, but the pulled pork was not as good as usual, pretty disappointed, Not much shredded pork, sort of dry and had very hard pieces in it. My friend had the brisket with fries, and you get a lot of fries, that were good and hot, very fresh. But again, that was the first time I was disappointed in the pork! I love there food and have even bought there bbq sauce! My son had his reception catered by them, they did a wonderful job, the food was DELICIOUS! Maybe it was just an off day!! There is inside and outside seating. The employees are always friendly and polite! I will go back, like I said the food is always delicious, and one time of disappointment of the pork will not stop me from returning!!
